To Order by Credit Card (the fastest and easiest way to pay!) just add the items you want in your cart and follow the easy directions to check out online.

Check or Money Order
First, fill out the appropriate
order forms. Make your Check or Money Order payable and mail with your order forms to:

You must include your name, title, organization, work email, work phone, shipping address and billing address with your payment. Items will be shipped after the check or money order is received and deposited by ZHealth Publishing.
Purchase Orders
Yes we accept purchase orders. If you fax your completed PO to us at 615.523.1686 we can approve your account upon receipt and your order will be processed immediately. To use a PO, go through our online cart steps to place your order and choose PO as your payment method and supply your PO number. You can use our
online printable order forms with your PO as well.
