Webinar FAQs
Additional information about ZHealth Publishing webinars
A. First, complete the registration process to sign up and pay for the webinar(s) you'd like to attend. Note that you may attend the webinar live on the broadcast date, or you may prefer to instead download and watch a video copy of the webinar. Video recordings are made available a few weeks after the live webinar.
The person who completes the registration and provides his/her email address for correspondence regarding the webinar is referred to as the "point person". The point person is responsible for downloading the webinar software ahead of time as well as downloading and saving the course materials, so that copies can be printed and distributed to all attendees on the day of the meeting. Approximately 1 week to 2 days prior to the live webinar, the registered attendee will receive an email containing all the necessary instructions for attending the webinar, including instructions regarding how to download the webinar software, the web link that you'll use to access the webinar on the appropriate date/time, the password to join, as well as how to download the course materials for distribution to all attendees on the date of the webinar. Following the conclusion of the webinar, the point person distributes the webinar access code that they will receive via email to each attendee. After establishing a login and password at the ZHealth Publshing website, each attendee may use the access code at the ZHealth Webinar Center to take online tests for CEUs, print certificates, download course materials, and, if purchased, download video recordings of the webinars.
A. Yes, however, this is a one-time download. You would only need to re-download the software a second time if you planned on using a different computer for any subsequent webinars than the computer you used for your first webinar. Depending on connection speed, this download can take up to 25 minutes to complete. The instructions for downloading the software is included in the webinar instructions email that you receive 1 week - 2 days prior to the actual live webinar. We strongly urge you to download the webinar software to the computer you plan on using immediately. Not doing so will result in a delay in joining the meeting, since you must run the download before you can join.
A. No, there is no limit to the number of people who can attend a webinar. The only limitation is that the webinar pricing is for ONE phone line. For example, you may gather 20 people in a single room to watch the presentation on the computer together, and when it comes time to dial in to listen to the live audio that accompanies the slide presentation, you would only use one phone line to dial out once and place the call on speakerphone for all to hear. It doesn't matter how many computers are viewing the slide presentation on the computer.... all that matters is that only ONE phone line is being used to dial in per webinar registration. So, multiple locations may link up and view the slide presentation online; however, if they wish to be able to hear the accompanying audio, the point person who registered for the webinar would have to use the conference feature of his/her phone service to conference in all the outside locations to a single call and, once everyone is conferenced in to a single line, the point person would then dial in to the audio part of the meeting by using the conference feature as well.
A. That’s one of the great things about ZHealth Publishing webinars - you can meet in one room if convenient, or attendees can all conference in to a single phone line from different locations and have one person dial out. Please note that the price of each webinar is for ONE phone line. If the conferencing feature is not available at your facility, and multiple people need to dial in separately to gain access to the audio, then each person/location/phone line needing to dial in will have to be registered and pay separately.
A. Yes. Refer to the email you receive 1 week to 2 days prior to the live webinar for instructions on downloading all course materials.
A. We offer CEUs from AHIMA, AAPC, and ASRT for all webinars. At this time, we do not currently offer CEUs from RCC. AHIMA awards one (1) CEU per webinar, AAPC awards up to two (2) CEUs per webinar, and ASRT awards 1.5 CEUs per webinar. Please note that most organizations only honor CEUs for one year following the original live webinar broadcast date. Also please note that organizations sometimes award a different number of CEUs for a specific webinar (e.g., one webinar might offer 2 CEUs from a specific organization while the next may only offer 1.5 CEUs).
A. In order to take the corresponding webinar online exam for CEUs, you must first obtain the webinar access code. It is the responsibility of the point person (the person who registered for the webinar and receives all email correspondence regarding the webinar) to give this access code to each person who attends the webinar and wishes to receive CEUs. After you have established a login and password at the ZHealth Publishing website, upon login you may link to the ZHealth Webinar Center. After entering the access code, you may take the webinar exam. You will have three chances to pass the exam. Assuming you pass, you will be able to print a certificate showing how many CEUs you received for each CEU governing organization.
A. All live webinars are recorded and are available in CD format a few weeks following the live broadcast date. You may choose to attend a webinar live on its broadcast date, as well as elect to simply wait and receive a CD copy of the recording (usually available within one to two weeks after the webinar airs). The price for a webinar in CD format is the same as the live webinars ($259 per webinar, unless you're purchasing bundles). However, if you attend a live webinar and would also like a copy on CD, you may purchase the accompanying CD for a discounted rate of $99.
A. You may register online via credit card, as well as download and complete the webinar order form (using credit card, check/money order, or purchase order). See the right side of this page for more instructions.
A. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover cards.
